Rachel Wong

Rachel Wong has over 5 years of experience working with vulnerable populations and youth. She has a particular interest in the link between poverty and mental health, and has facilitated multiple workshops on life skills for women and children in poverty in the Guelph area. Rachel has a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Development and Aging from the University of Guelph, with certification in Mental Health First Aid and ASIST, among others.

As the Youth Program Worker for Hong Fook Mental Health Association, Rachel is responsible for the coordination of the Choices Youth Program.
