Taslim Alani has a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, a Masters in International Development Studies from Dalhousie University, and a Masters in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Women’s Studies, and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Lakehead University. As can be seen, Taslim has a passion for learning. Her areas of research interest include engaging in participatory research to understand and work to support the needs of marginalized populations. More recently, Taslim has begun explore the role of faith in the conceptualization of health and well-being. When she is not reading or writing, Taslim loves to dance.
