Dr. Beder’s work focuses on the themes of recovery and the social determinants of health. She has an interest in co-developing and co-teaching medical curriculum alongside people with lived experience. Further interests include advocacy, and the intersections between mental illness and poverty, homelessness, and the immigration system.
