Dr. Nica-Graham is a staff geriatric psychiatrist in the Outpatient Geriatric Psychiatry Program and at the Reitman Centre for Alzheimer’s Support and Training at Mount Sinai Hospital. She completed medical school, the Psychiatry Residency Program, and the Geriatric Psychiatry Subspecialty Program at the University of Toronto.
Research Synopsis
Dr. Nica-Graham's academic and research interests include: development of innovative support programs for carers of patients with dementia; development of collaborative and integrated models of geriatric mental health care; and the application of trauma informed care principles in clinical settings (along with education, training, and support of other inter professional care providers).
