St. Joseph's Health Centre

The St. Joseph’s Health Centre site of Unity Health Toronto is an academic community hospital that serves a vibrant population in the West end of Toronto. The St. Joseph’s Mental Health and Addictions Program offers a full spectrum of programs and services across age demographics, including exciting recent expansions to better serve the transitional age youth demographic.

Our interprofessional team collaboratively provides a mix of mental health services including child psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, general psychiatry, addictions, chronic care (ACTT), metabolic wellness and neurostimulation. The Program has a strong communal identity and presence in the west-end community that we are privileged to serve. Nestled between High Park and Roncesvalles Village, we also enjoy unique panoramic lakeside views on the south side. Our team is inspired by shared values and commitment to the best care experiences, created together.
