Dr. Justin Delwo completed medical school at the University of Alberta before completing a residency in Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. He has since worked primarily in community hospitals, including Brampton Civic Hospital and St. Joseph’s Health Centre, providing emergency psychiatric care.
Justin is currently the Head of Adult Psychiatry Acute Care Services at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, in addition to providing casual staff coverage in the Psychiatric Emergency Services Unit at Toronto Western Hospital.
Research Synopsis
Current interests are limited to emergency psychiatry and systems approaches to mental health care.
