Michael Feindel is an Assistant Crown Attorney who was called to the Bar in 1997 and has specialized in the area of mental disorders and criminal law for the last 15 years. Mr. Feindel received his Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University and a Master of Laws in Constitutional Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. Since 2003, Mr. Feindel has held the position of ORB-Crown Coordinator for the Toronto Region, appearing regularly before the Ontario Review Board as counsel for the Attorney General. He also frequently lectures and provides professional training in Ontario and Nunavut to Crown Attorneys, defence counsel, judges, police, and medical practitioners on Review Board law and practice.
