Susan Quesnel is a clinician teacher in the Department of Psychiatrist, University of Toronto. She is a fellow with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons with subspecialty certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Quesnel works clinically as a staff psychiatrist with the Youth Addiction and Concurrent Disorders Service at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and as a consulting Psychiatrist at Evergreen Centre for Street Youth. Dr. Quesnel provides teaching/supervision to psychiatry residents and medical students at the University of Toronto. Areas of focus include: Concurrent Disorders in Transitional Aged Youth, Homeless Youth, Psychodynamic Therapy and Integrative Approaches. Dr. Quesnel also provides didactic teaching to psychiatry residents in areas of Motivational Interviewing, Concurrent Disorders, and issues pertaining to marginalized populations
