Assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Certified in Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
Have extensive experience in inpatient adult psychiatry, outpatient adult psychiatry & ECT for patients with Severe Mental Illness including Psychotic disorders and Mood disorders.
Have keen interest in Academic Psychiatry all through my career including teaching, research and administrative activities. I held position of NOSM Site Director for Psychiatry Residency Program the last 5 years at Sault Area Hospital Where leaded development of full time Residency Training Program.
